You can now top up your GBP and EUR wallets directly from your bank account without leaving the platform. Powered by Plaid, a globally trusted Opening Banking infrastructure provider, this process is now faster, simpler and more secure.

Simply go to your GBP or EUR Alt21 wallet, enter the amount you’d like to transfer, select your bank and confirm. Complete this on the desktop without switching browser or scan the QR code to complete the transfer on our banking app. The choice is yours.

This feature is available if your bank supports the Faster Payments for GBP, or SEPA for EUR.

Your Home Screen now functions as your main control centre. Get a snapshot of upcoming events, your wallet balances. See an overview of your recent activities and access your key workflows in one simple view.

Access shortcuts to your most frequent trades based on your recent activities and be reminded of impending trade settlement or outgoing payments every time you log-in.

More confidence before you send a payment.

You can now verify UK beneficiary account details before making a Faster Payment. Our new Confirmation of Payee check helps you confirm whether the account details entered match the intended recipient, reducing the risk of failed payments and costly errors.

When adding a beneficiary, we will let you know whether the details are a full match, a close match, or not recognised, so you can make a more informed decision before proceeding.

Trackers are a zero cost hedge that help you manage FX risk while still giving you the opportunity to benefit if the market moves in your favour. By setting both a Protection Rate and a Tracking Rate, you can secure protection while keeping the potential to achieve an improved rate if the market reaches your Tracking Rate.

This gives you a more flexible alternative to a traditional forward, combining built-in protection with the chance to benefit from positive market movements, all within the Alt21 platform.
