Prit set the long-term vision and strategy of building the world’s leading alternative to a bank for mid-market businesses and high-net worth individuals. He has over 20 years’ experience in electronic trading, building digital hedging platforms, and experience fundraising through various stages of growth.
Andy is one of the leading global fintech investors, an Industry Partner at Motive Partners, and Chairman of Wilshire. He has previously held senior roles in private and growth equity at leading firms like BlackRock and Motive Partners.
Andy brings deep experience in scaling global fintech businesses and supporting management teams to secure strategic financing to capture long-term, asymmetric growth opportunities.
Giles was the founder of Brandwatch, a global leader in digital consumer intelligence. He grew the company from 0 to $100m in revenue, and led it through a successful exit for $450 million in 2021. Giles brings proven experience in scaling disruptive digital platforms, and in using data to drive business growth in competitive markets.
Richard made the most lasting impact on our mission. As a serial entrepreneur, and more recently as Chairman of Alt21. He previously acquired, turned around, and scaled Global Shares through to it’s eventual acquisition by JPMorgan in 2022 in one of Ireland’s largest fintech exits – as Richard used to say “the parallels between Alt21 and Global Shares are astonishing.” Richard supported Alt21 through his strong mentorship of the CEO, and played a key role in supporting Alt21’s growth to date.
Eoghan is a former Senior Partner at KPMG who spent nearly 30 years advising growing businesses across the EU and UK. He serves as the President of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, where he get’s to combine his passion for supporting Irish businesses to expand internationally with Alt21’s mission.
Ann is a seasoned Global Audit, Risk, Corporate Governance, and Compliance professional with over 40 years experience in the world’s leading financial services institutions. In her last executive role she was CEO of Vanguard Group (Ireland) Ltd, where she led group corporate governance and developed an appreciation for the superb ecosystem supporting financial services in Ireland.
John is the former Chief Enterprise Architect at Temenos who built a long-standing career designing enterprise-grade architecture, and solutions for the world’s leading financial institutions to operate at scale. At Alt21, John has helped move the platform beyond front-end functionality towards a robust, exception-based infrastructure, with straight-through processing at its core.
